The Flower Pot Shifts The Vibe To Luxury, Plant-Forward Homeware

Spread the love

This fall, The Flower Pot will move wholly, humbly, and eagerly into the world of luxury goods with an emphasis on artisanally crafted cannabis accessories and plant-forward products that bring peace, pleasure, and luxury vibes to the home.

In other words, The Flower Pot is leaning into the winds of change. When the brand was founded 7 years ago, consumers were looking for alternative paths to peace and wellness. The Flower Pot responded with products they still stand behind and introduced makers they count as friends. Today, consumers are asking different questions, and so, this fall, the newly reopened headshop-meets-functional-art gallery answers them.

The Flower Pot will be pleased to offer a range of hand-selected paraphernalia and art sourced from around the world. Think refined pipes from the Portland-based ceramic champions at Pigeon Toe, colorful confetti glass-blown bowls from Canada-based Maria Ida, and impossibly shiny-sleek joint holders from Holk, Sweden. There will be handcrafted stash boxes made locally, ashtrays that double as objets d’arts, and incense burners that deliver zen in spades. TheFlowerPot.co will be the only place one needs to visit to find the goods – no matter what their high-vibe, weed-forward rituals might entail.

“The same old smoking devices have dominated the headshop marketplace for years,” says founder Rebecca Kershberg. “Any touristy beach boardwalk vendor or local dispensary can provide you with utilitarian – but not particularly beautiful – tools. Until now, there hasn’t been a go-to place for the sophisticated weed consumer. The Flower Pot will cater to those who work full-time, parent, or, say, practice law. I.e. responsible grown-ups who deserve artful cannabis tools that fit into the spaces and lives they have so thoughtfully created for themselves.”

In addition to the revamped website and thoughtfully curated new offerings, The Flower Pot will host in-person pop-up events (for the 21 and over crowd) a bit like an art gallery might. The website will feature a seasonal “residency” for local artists and artisans, along with an exclusive, small-batch collection of their creations – there will be in-person opportunities to meet these artists, interact with their work, and learn more about each collaboration. The Flower Pot has long been a community of like-minded, gate-opening individuals. This will never change.
